This woman is bound by religion and needs help by bringing her into realization that it is okay to say “NO” regardless of your Faith group/culture. This woman needs tailored counseling 1-1 or group counseling sessions. We aim to bring onboard professionals who understand their Faith beliefs and culture.

In UK and Wales, migrant woman, who came into the country as a defendant and got “No Recourse to Public funds” clause in their status and come from such backgrounds, with radicalized beliefs, such us “God hates divorce”, “Until death do us part vows” in their culture or religion, is more likely to suffer in silence, due to intimidation of this misperception, Myths, and fear of deportation.

Group therapy is an alternative to individual therapy which provides you with a safe and consistent space in which to explore yourself and connect with other people.

Recognising that our experiences and feelings develop socially, group therapy offers a safe space in which to explore your difficulties with others, gaining wider perspectives and discovering new possibilities for old problems. Group therapy offers the scope to develop deep insights, with the aim of feeling more whole. You may find the prospect of being in a group daunting, and group therapy allows you the space to adjust and settle at your own pace.

Over time a therapy group can offer new opportunities for developing trust, insight, and sometimes for enjoying playfulness. We offer bereavement counselling services for families and friends both online and onsite but following covid-19 regulations

Mental Health Training

Mental health training is one of our keyways of changing the experience of people affected by poor mental health in our Faith community Groups. We aim to enable people to feel more comfortable and confident to talk about mental health and know more about how to respond when problems arise within churches.

We believe that in these new and challenging times it is more important than ever that we talk about our mental health and wellbeing in places of worship. For many of us, our ways of working have suddenly changed, and we are facing new pressures. Most of our training courses for Mental health are remote delivery.

We also Aim to organise trainings through different Christian denominations.
